Shipping & Delivery

LOCAL
We offer free local delivery to addresses within 1 mile of the store. Please call for Local delivery at (347) 689-9253.


NEW YORK CITY
We offer weekly deliveries to any address within New York City for $20.  Please call the store to schedule a delivery.


SHIPPING
We ship all packages via UPS, and rates are calculated at checkout.  In the coldest and warmest months of the year we recommending having the wine held at the shop until more favorable conditions for shipping.  

We are currently unable to ship spirits, and we do not ship Internationally.

We are currently unable to ship to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia

All deliveries require an adult signature (21+). You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and receive wine and spirits.

The customer contracts with the carrier Leon & Son Wine will engage on behalf of the customer. In the case of shipments outside New York State, the sole responsibility for complying with local regulations or tax requirements rests with the customer. If we are unable to ship to your area, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and suggest that shipping be arranged to a direct-shipping friendly state. Please call if you have questions.


Returns & Replacements

NYS law only permits us to accept the return of goods that are defective; for such returns we can offer a replacement of the same item, or we can refund a credit card, or we can issue a store credit.  If you think your bottle is defective please bring it back to the store to be checked out and, if applicable, replaced.
