Espresso Martini: The OG caffeinated cocktail, historically made with sticky Kalua. The updated version uses a more refined craft coffee liqueur and is made even easier to make w/ instant espresso machines like Nespresso.

How to make it:

2 ounce Vodka
1/2 ounce Coffee Liqueur
1 ounce Espresso
1/2 simple syrup
espresso beans (optional)

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled coup. Garnish with espresso 2-3 beans (optional).

Pro tip: If espressos is seemingly to complicated, cold brew concentrate is the real hack! Sold at most grocery stores and being made by a lot of small, quality roasters.
