How do you farm biodynamically, and what’s the deal with sulfur? If some wines are natural, does that mean that some wines...aren’t? For doubters, the curious, and the converted alike, we’ll open some living wines, figure out what they have to offer, and talk about how they got there.

Each class kit serves 1-5 drinkers and includes three bottles of wine, food pairing and service suggestions, a weekly playlist, and a link to an hour and 20 minute remote wine tasting with sommelier James Sligh.
