These vineyards are a bit hotter and more exposed to the sun, mainly German clones and some French selection massale, with different age and origins and mainly manual work. Fermentation with 2\/3 whole cluster, in the beginning as a carbonic maceration and afterwards in a classic open vat fermentation with some punch downs.
