A brand new wine and blend of: Macabeu, Moscatel de Alejandría, Cartoixà, Cartoixà Vermell and Sumoll. Organically/Biodynamically grown over calcarious sandy soils. Grapes are hand harvested, with direct pressing, alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in 55L demijohns, slight appearance of flor veil. 36 months in the same 55L demijohns before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2 on waning moon.
