Planted in 1978 on Red and white marl with limestone topsoil, from Vincelles and Sainte Agnès. 100% whole bunch fermentation for 10 days in stainless steel tanks. Careful pressing and then put into 225 liter old oak barrels for ageing. Bottled in August 2021.
