Fermentation was carried out in small stainless steel vat at a temperature of between 28 º and 30 º C, with regular use of the pump aeration process. After malolactic fermentation the wine was left in wood barrels for a year. Bottling was conducted around a year after harvesting and the wine was subjected to a slight clarification and then filtered.
