This block handles whole cluster really well!\u003cbr\u003eOrientation South facing\u003cbr\u003eSoil The soil is composed of alluvial deposits from the Paso Robles and Franciscan formations with some limestone streaks.\u003cbr\u003eViticulture Demeter certified farming practices\u003cbr\u003eVinification This Grenache was harvested October 1st, 2025 and was fermented 100% whole cluster in 2 separate fermenters.
