Juice goes straight into a mix of stainless steel, large oak barrels (2000L), and fiberglass tanks for aging. For the most part, all varieties are co-fermented. The wine is bottled in April 2026 unfined, unfiltered, with a touch of SO2 added at bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePersonality: easy breezy with nice energy coming from the old vines.
