The bartender obliged and a cocktail was born.\u003cbr\u003eForthave’s version begins with our Red Apertivo, fortified with our Blue Gin and\u003cbr\u003esoftened with a house blended vermouth.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe Red Aperitivo is made with a layered blend of over 13 botanicals, including\u003cbr\u003eSeville orange peel, gentian root, rhubarb, and aromatic spices, blended to create a\u003cbr\u003espirit that balances bitter, sweet, herbaceous and delicious. The Blue gin is a\u003cbr\u003ebotanical forward gin distilled with over 18 organic plants including juniper, lemon,\u003cbr\u003elavender, coriander, angelica and mint. It lightens the drink with subtle floral notes\u003cbr\u003eand its rich texture lengthens the blend while the juniper tannins complement the\u003cbr\u003ebitter citrus in the aperitivo.
