Pinot Noir, from vines planted in and around Tonnerre, planted between 1992 and 1999, on southeast facing soils of clay and limestone. Wild yeast fermentation takes place in stainless, then the wine is transferred to old barrels for 4 to 6 months before being bottled, lightly fined and filtered. It offers pretty light cherry and chalky notes on a medium frame with a long finish.
