Beyond organics, there are winegrowers across the world using their wines to explore how to farm for the future. We’ll uncork rare wines from three Oregon growers who are among those reimagining viticulture, in a limited-seating deep dive into what’s possible in our glass, and in the ground.
Each class kit serves 1-5 drinkers and includes three bottles of wine, food pairing and service suggestions, a weekly playlist, and a link to an hour and 20 minute remote wine tasting with sommelier JAMES SLIGH.
Orders for summer sessions will be shipped in June to beat the summer heat! Registrations close Monday, June 14. Participants will receive options for tasting dates on or around the fourth weekend of August, or a recording for later enjoyment. James will send a pre-class note with the link and pairings 48 hours before the tasting.
