From Orient's Elisabeth Orchards, 40+ year old trees standard maintained organically, pruned picked mid October to mid November, ferments super slowly. Racked in June and fermentation was halted with a touch of RS. Grimes Golden, Ben Davis, mystery red fleshed apple.Slight spritz, textural with golden and yellow shades.
