A new wine from Steff and Edi that comes from their special ‘wine garden.’ Planted in 2018 to exclusively Piwi varietals, 2022 is the first year that a wine is being made from these vines. This plot is Edi’s baby. It’s the thing you can tell he is most proud of when speaking about the vines. An idea conceptualized and brought to light. The fruit was macerated for 3 days and aged in large old barrels for 10 months. Only 8cs to the US this year.
