Introducing BARBICHETTE
Newcomer Barbichette has true local cred: sourced from the Finger Lakes, made in Brooklyn, at the hands of the folks behind NoLita's Café Integral. This is beautifully farmed fruit fermented naturally–right here in the county of kings.
Barbichette 'Chette Baker is hazy, skin-fermented, super-expressive Gewürztraminer from Seneca Lake.

Enter César Vega and Louisiane Remy, whose commitment to gastronomy spurned a project in a corner of their BK roastery that has quickly grown to produce some of the most vibrant expressions of the FLX.

From the wildly aromatic Riesling pet-nat Claro Que Sí to super juicy Gamay-via-Georgia vibes Saperavi Le Rouge, these are low-abv, thirst-quenching wines that speak to us.

Barbichette sources fruit from several vineyards–the most remarkable being iconic Hermann J. Wiemer. Their crackling, classical FLX wines have always been impeccably made, but with a renewed focus on biodynamic farming they've gained incredible vivacity. The wine is more alive and open than ever before.
Wiemer's Flower Day and HJW Bio are their first biodynamic commercial release.

Whether you're into the classic or experimental (recommendation: both) these projects deliver on the same intention: to make wildly delicious wine from the Finger Lakes.
