There's simply a really tasty bottle we think everyone should be drinking. It's HALCYON DAYS: organic, skin-contact Sauvignon Blanc (topped off with a touch of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir) from New Zealand's Hawke's Bay.

Biogro certified Organic, no additions.

Blend: Sauvignon Blanc 83%, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir.

Halcyon 2022 was created across three picks in late summer 2022. Each pick was treated slightly differently with varying amounts of whole-bunches and maceration times. The wines were then pressed off skins and blended, before being topped up with a little skin fermented Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Rose. The wine went through malolactic in tank and then aged on lees for 6 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. No additions at any stage.
