Made from Black Twig and Winesap apples grown at Breeze Hill Farm in Peconic, NY. The fruit is grown on 20+ year-old trees, which are free standing (low
density) and farmed using integrated pest management with no herbicides sprayed on the trees. The apples were pressed in mid-November, fermented in
tank and racked into barrel to age for 9 months before bottling. 7.3% abv.
