This additive-free reposado is made by master distiller Melly Cárdenas in Valle de Guadalupe, Los Altos de Jalisco, from fully mature Blue Weber agave. The piñas are slow-roasted in brick ovens, crushed on a roller mill, fermented open-air, and double-distilled in copper before resting about 8 months in reused American whiskey barrels. It’s bottled at 40% ABV in recycled, hand-blown glass. The flavor is bright and dry—roasted agave, lime zest, green pepper and mint—with just a whisper of vanilla and oak on a clean, mineral finish. The 50 ml format is ideal for gifting.
