Corry founder Louise McGuane   • 70% single grain Irish whiskey distilled at Cooley Distillery in County Louth from 70% corn and 30% malted barley on a continuous column still; aged a minimum 10 years   • 30% single grain Irish whiskey distilled at Great Northern Distillery in County Louth from 85% corn and 15% malted barley on a continuous column still; aged a minimum 6 years   • Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and Tennessee whiskey casks   • Aged 6–15 years; non-age statement   • A nose of toasted coconut, graham cracker crust, vanilla fudge, grilled pineapple, and lime zest leads to a palate of green apple skin, fresh coconut meat, Makrut lime leaf, and shortbread with a creamy finish   • No artificial coloring   • Non-chill filtered; 46% ABV
