A field blend of Palomino Fino, Palomino Jerez and Palomino Pelusón from a single vineyard called “Viña Las Vegas” planted in 1903 on Albarizas de Lentejuelas in the Pago de Carrascal (Sanlúcar) at 55 meters elevation facing west towards the Atlantic Ocean. Released around 2 years after harvest, this Pago and type of chalk usually produces wines of distinctive elegance and finesse.
