Sourced exclusively from the organically farmed Wenzlau Vineyard—perched above the Santa Ynez River and surrounded by iconic sites like Rita’s Crown and Sea Smoke—this Chardonnay reflects the cool-climate precision of the Sta. Rita Hills. Fermented with native yeasts in a mix of 500L puncheons, 350L barrels, and 228L barriques (20% new oak), it spent 11 months on lees in barrel, followed by 5 months in stainless steel.
