2023 Benoit Ente Golden Jubilee Bourgogne Chardonnay, Burgundy, France

Crafted from a single 1963 massale-selection Chardonnay parcel in Les Équinces, just east of Puligny-Montrachet, this cuvée marks 50 years of Ente family winemaking. Certified organic and farmed at very low yields, the fruit is whole-cluster pressed, then vinified with 12 months of élevage divided between barrel and stainless steel. The wine is blended and aged an additional 6 months on fine lees before bottling without filtration.
