2023 Clarisse de Suremain Chablis Burgundy, France
$44.00
Claire Suremain—a rising Beaune-based micro-négociant—is expanding her range with a debut Chablis sourced from none other than Thomas Pico, one of the appellation’s most respected organic growers (and her former mentor). Fermented spontaneously and bottled with minimal sulfur, this wine offers a fresh, expressive take on Pico’s pristine fruit. More open-knit and immediately charming than his own bottlings, it's a welcome and exciting new voice in Chablis.
