2023 Domaine Chapel Beaujolais-Villages, France
$32.00
Sourced from organically farmed, 40–50-year-old Gamay vines in the granitic hillsides of Lantignié and Régnié-Durette at 380–440 meters elevation. The grapes undergo whole-cluster, semi-carbonic maceration with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging in fiberglass tanks for approximately 7 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. The 2023 vintage offers bright red fruit, floral notes, and a mineral-driven finish—an elegant expression of Beaujolais terroir.
