Sourced from southeast‑facing limestone‑clay soils in Fourrier’s home village, this “Combe” comes from old-vine parcels farmed organically and hand‑harvested. The fruit is partially whole‑cluster fermented with wild yeasts in open-top vats, extracted gently, and matured 16 months in used French oak (virtually no new). Bottled unfined and unfiltered, the wine delivers Fourrier’s signature—silky texture, saline‑tinged minerality, and poised structure, all wrapped in restrained power and elegant clarity.
