$28.00
This ones as fun as it is deliiocus. A biodynamic, dry Moscato (Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains) from the Val di Noto's referential Marabino estate. They named it "Muscatedda" which refers to the first vineyard harvested, emphasizing its early ripening and unique character.
Crafted using organic and biodynamic practices, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is minimally sulfured, preserving its natural expression. The result is a medium-bodied, aromatic white with notes of orange blossom, honey, woodsmoke, wild mint, balsamic herbs, and a touch of ginger.
