From 45-year-old organic Chardonnay vines planted on limestone, clay, and basalt soils in Auvergne. Hand-harvested whole clusters undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged in barriques, unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfur, delivering a pure and textured expression of site and vintage.
