About this experience

How does a world-class grower Champagne producer come to be? We'll be exploring this through the lens of one of our newest producers, Pauline Collin-Bérêche.

Pauline's textural, vinous wines speak to her staggering background experience. The seventh generation of Montagne de Reims' Collin family, she spent stints refining her work at Ruinart and Krug. Now, she makes single-parcel vintage Champagne with one overarching rule: "one year, one terroir, one wine."

She also happens to be married to Raphaël Bérêche's wines, and with both sets of wines landing stateside, we'll be taking an evening to explore all things Bérêche.

If you love grower Champagne as much as we do, you won't want to miss it ;)
