21 months in wooden tanks and 500 L barrels. 3 months aged in bottles before releasing.
Medium purple. Wild, aromatic bouquet of blackberries, balsamic, anise, and herbs de Provence, with traces of leather and black pepper. Complex and well-crafted, this is a beautiful, classically styled Roussillon wine that's just starting to hit its stride, with many excellent years to come.
