But this bottling from husband and wife team Jeremie and Blandine Choquet caught me off guard with its energy, extreme deliciousness and mouthwatering fruit. A touch of Sauv Gris–atypical in the area– adds an extra layer of stucture and length. And their fruit is farmed biodynamically and picked for freshness.
