Made from Chardonnay grown in two organically managed parcels—Les Grandes Coutures in Meursault and Les Femelottes in Puligny-Montrachet, with vines up to 50 years old. The juice is whole-cluster pressed and fermented in a mix of barrels (two-thirds) and demi-muids (one-third), followed by 12 months on fine lees. Before bottling in December, the wine is racked to stainless steel.
Arrive the last week of July, 2025.
