Almost all Garnacha and Carignan from vineyards in the villages of Torroja and Gratallops. Everything is de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts and 20 days of maceration with gentle punchdowns. Aged in used French oak for 12 months and bottled post a light filtration.
