Yes I dig this but not just because it’s Riesling, I think. I like it’s specific crushed Sweet Tart candy thing, that most pleasant and mineral-feeling reduction. I like its blunt energy, its refreshing force. A bright and citrusy mid-palate feels expansive and the whole thing, complete.
