Over a decade after the first vintage was released in 2012, Pressé has returned as a micro cuvée, with only 196 bottles made. All Merlot.
Winemaker’s note “Pressé is back…last time it was on vintage 2012…Only 196 bottles of this 100% pressed juices wine, fully aged in dames-jeannes for 18 months. A small surprise: malolactic fermentations never started. It may happen at some point. Who knows?” says Fabric, who notes this wine has excellent aging potential.
