The 2021er Thörnicher Ritsch Riesling Kabinett “Terrassen” was made from fruit picked at 79° Oechsle in the terraced part in the central part of the vineyard and was fermented down to fruity-styled levels of residual sugar (58 g/l). It offers a slender nose made of lemon, mint, passion fruit, and still quite some residual scents from its spontaneous fermentation. A superbly engaging touch of fresh pineapple adds to the overall zesty and juicy nature of this Kabinett on the palate. The finish is juicy and hugely animating. This is a great Kabinett in the making!
