New addition to the Haru (Spring in Japanese) line is the Haru Blanc 2022, it comes young vines that were planted in a parcel of blue clay that was regenerated with flowers, cereals, herbs, vegetables & livestock for 8 years before replanted. The parcel is planted with 5,000 vines equally divided between 5 white varietals. Chardonnay, Grenache Gris, Macabeu, Chenin Blanc & Savagnin. Everything is direct pressed & fermented in concrete tank and bottled the following spring with 3g/hl of SO2, unfined and unfiltered. The Haru Blanc has a tropical fruit in profile, a bit of creamy texture, backed with a nice acidity
