This Pommard comes from 90 old vines at the edge of Pommard facing the Nantoux Quarry. The stamp-sized plot, only .15ha, is owned and farmed organically by one of the three partners at Tercet, which ensures them complete control of the wine from vineyard to bottling.
Natural yeast, whole clusers, and semi carbonic in stainless steel. Raised for 18 months in used barrels, bottled w/o fining or filtering.
