The site, rich in limestone and clay, benefits from abundant sunlight and the drying Mistral winds. Grapes are hand-harvested, undergo cold maceration, and ferment with native yeasts at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The result is a bright, zippy rosé with delicate minerality and notes of stone fruit and raspberry.
