From a single hillside vineyard in Serra de’ Conti, farmed organically and biodynamically. Soils transition from clay at 325m to sand at 250m, across steep slopes. Hand-harvested, softly pressed, and spontaneously fermented with native yeasts. Aged 6–7 months on fine lees in stainless steel, with no added sulfur until bottling. The 2024 is floral and saline—jasmine, citrus peel, wild herbs—framed by freshness and mineral tension
