With this release, Amaury has one new wine - De Quoi Te Meles Tu?. It's the name of the parcel and roughly translates to "What are you involving yourself in?".
DQTMT is 100% organic-certified Pinot Noir on Kimmeridgian from Loic Naudinot, whose name is on the front label. Amaury did it as a collaboration with Loic, in the sense that the grapes are Loic's but all the winemaking is Amaury's.
DQTMT was fermented and aged the same way as his Jardinot - 20 months in a combination of demi-muids and barrels.
