From Rostaing’s prized 2-hectare parcel in the schist-rich, iron-laced soils of La Landonne, this 100% Syrah is sourced from vines averaging 40 years of age. The 2022 vintage underwent whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by a 4-week maceration. Aged for 24 months in a mix of 228L barrels and 600L demi-muids, with minimal new oak. Bottled with light fining and filtration.
