This is a pre-order item expected to arrive late-June 2025.; The Provocateur Pinot Noir is sourced from the following sites in the Willamette Valley - St. Dolores Estate (14 years), Gemini Vineyard (29 years), and Temperance Hill (42 years)
Soil: Classic volcanic and marine sedimentary soils
Viticulture: Farmed using organic methods
Vinification: Small-lot wild yeast fermentations in open-top wood and stainless steel tanks. Limited pre-ferment maceration, followed by minimal, but targeted temperature and punch-down intervention.
Aging: 100% barrel aged for one year in in 19% new French oak. Racked and bottled unfined and unfiltered in November of 2023.
Production: 2,199 cases produced
