from Côte de Beaune parcels planted between 1949–2000 in Puligny‑Montrachet's East end. Whole-cluster pressed, fermented and aged 18 months in Stockinger foudres. No fining, no filtration. At 12.5% ABV, it's a tension-filled, mineral-charged white with green apple, citrus peel, dried herbs, and a layered, saline finish. Limited production.
