From a small 0.29-hectare parcel on the northern side of Perrières-Dessous, Dancer’s bottling sits among the most mineral, incisive expressions of Meursault. The vines, planted mostly in 1963, dig into stony limestone soils that give the wine its tension and clarity. The 2023 is precise and textural—crushed stone, orchard fruit, citrus oil—with a cut that carries through the finish. It's a cuvée produced in very small quantity, quietly among the most sought-after whites in the cellar.
