Etienne Calsac 'Rose de Craie' Rose, Champagne, France NV
$89.99
Etienne produces a confidential amount of rosé each year using Pinot Noir from Vertus, blended with a selection of base wine from L’Echapée Belle. Etienne’s goal is to create a pale-hued rosé reminiscent of the Blanc de Blancs house style - the final blend being 90 Chardonnay / 10 Pinot Noir.
Reserve wines, 18 to 24 months on lees. Rosé d’assemblage, meaning that the Pinot Noir is blended into the base wine before secondary fermentation in bottle. Dosage: 4g/L
