We are fortunate to work with a family vineyard of incredible richness: that of being composed of 27 plots from 5 Grands Crus and Premiers Crus villages of the Montagne de Reims. Our motto for this Tradition cuvée is to blend the diversity of our terroirs by emphasizing the power of our Pinot Noirs and the freshness of our Chardonnays.

Blend of 2 grape varieties: Pinot Noir 70% – Chardonnay 30%
Vinified for 10 months in enamelled vats on fine lees before drawing. 

Once the bottling is complete, each bottle spends nearly 3 years on its lees in our chalk cellars at 12°C. This aging period provides the balance of "fruit expression / finesse."

EXTRA BRUT- 3g/L – House liqueur
The dosage of our vintages is not fixed, it changes every year depending on the characteristics of each blend and the harvest.
