Our only fizzy cuvée (because sparkling is HARD), Tasteful in Nature is 100%  Muscat, from Lost Hills Vineyard in the Yorkville Highlands AVA in Mendo, fermented fully on its skins. Sure, the lull was outrageously long, but dammit this wine is outrageously worth the wait.
