$45.00
40% Grenache, 25% Tempranillo, 25% Syrah, and 10% Mencia
Elements of this blend were co-fermented, while others were picked and processed separately. 35% whole cluster fermentation was conducted in open-top stainless-steel fermenters.
Aged on lees in 500L and 600L oak barrels for 15 months
The aromatics of the Tinto are highlighted by notes of cinnamon and baked cherry, showcasing a prominent influence of Grenache and Tempranillo in the blend. This wine exhibits both depth and concentration while maintaining a lightness, attributed to the lower tannins resulting from a significant presence of Mencia. On the palate, flavors of black tea and grilled plum contribute richness, leading to a long, savory finish.
