This side project was started by Géraud Fromont from Marnes Blanches after several incredibly small harvests in the Jura. He sources organic grapes from his friends in other regions and vinifies them into playful wines. This cuvée is made from Gamay Noir from Bruno Debize in Beaujolais. The grapes are fermented as whole clusters before being pressed off into 600L barrel for a ten-month élevage
