This cuvée is made from a rare biotype of Savagnin called Savagnin Muscaté, which, as the name suggests, is much more aromatic. The vines are over 60 years old and are planted in the region’s classic marl and limestone. The grapes are direct pressed into neutral barrel for fermentation and élevage. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal SO2 after 10 months – the shorter élevage preserves aromatic intensity.- Juice Imports
